Well-wishes to RCA NASHVILLE's MIRANDA LAMBERT, who has canceled her THURSDAY, JULY 9th appearance at CALGARY STAMPEDE due to a serious inflammation of her vocal cords. The STAMPEDE issued a statement via FACEBOOK, advising that the show would be rescheduled for a later date, at which time all tickets purchased would remain valid.

LAMBERT's next scheduled performance is over a week away on FRIDAY, JULY 17th in MINOT, ND. To date, this show and all other future performances are still slated to occur. With the prescribed rest and treatment, hopes are that no further damage or strain to her vocal cords will prevent LAMBERT from making future appearances.
