WITKO's co-owned EDWARDS BROADCASTING CO. is also selling Classic Hits KKHA (HAPPY RADIO 92.5)/MARKHAM to TOMLINSON-LEIS for $257,860 ($57,860. down, $200,000 in a 4.5% promissory note with 60 monthly payments of $3,728.60 each).
