Fan Joins U2 Onstage In Boston To Play Guitar

A MASSACHUSETTS U2 fan's dream came true when BONO picked him out of the audience to join the band playing "Angel Of Harlem" last weekend at BOSTON GARDEN.

“It was crazy,” 13-year-old BRIAN HARTMAN told WBZ-TV4. “It was like something that would happen in my dreams. I always dream about going on stage playing with my favorite band; it’s just insane.”

The television station reports, "BRIAN was sitting in the front row at the U2 concert with his family SATURDAY night. He was holding a sign which read, 'I play guitar,' that’s when Bono chose him."

“He came around and throughout the set we kept making eye contact, I kept flashing up the sign so I thought I had a pretty good chance,” BRIAN said.
