FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is selling noncommercial Religion KIFR/FORT DODGE, IA, KEAF/FORT SMITH, AR, K208FV/AMES, IA, K268AH/PALM SPRINGS, CA, K217BJ/BANNING, CA, and K204CL/SMITH RIVER, CA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $553.750.
In other filings with the FCC, the price being paid to SOUTHEAST KANSAS INDEPENDENT LIVING RESOURCE CENTER by PARSONS MEDIA GROUP, owned by Dr. WAYNE GILMORE and GREG CHALKER, for Classic Country KLKC-A (KATY COUNTRY) and Classic Hits KLKC-F (MAX FM93.5)/PARSONS, KS is $30,000 plus $700 per month towards the studio lease (through DECEMBER 2015) and five 30-second ads on the FM station per day for two years. The price, disclosed in the contract filed with the Commission, was previously undisclosed when the deal was announced.

Also, the FCC has denied the appeal of WKMJ RADIO LIVE THE PEOPLE STATION INC. of the dismissal of its application for a new low power FM at PINELLAS PARK, FL. The application was denied because KERVENSON JOSEPH, CEO and board member of the applicant, was previously a pirate station operator according to an unsworn police report but certified otherwise in his application.
And the license of RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. for W255AL/GOLDSBORO, NC has been cancelled for failure to respond to the Commission's OCTOBER 7, 2014 letter inquiring about the status of the station, which had been silent since MAY 20, 2010.
