FRIENDSHIP BROADCASTING L.P. is selling Religion KCFO-A/TULSA, OK to STEPHENS MEDIA GROUP's SMG - TULSA, LLC for $575,000.
In another filing with the FCC, 3G LEARNING SOLUTIONS is selling noncommercial KMKZ/RED FEATHER LAKES, CO to DESTINY CHRISTIAN CENTER for $5,000.
Also, FOURTHSTREAM MEDIA, INC. has gotten its license for K238AN/AMES, IA reinstated and its renewal granted after it was deleted for failure to respond to a warning letter. In its petition for reconsideration, the licensee noted that the station's status was miscommunicated in its 2012 renewal application and that the station was never off the air.
And in a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, AIR CAPITOL MEDIA GROUP is selling AC KHLT (99.7 LITE FM)/BELLE PLAINE-WICHITA to its previous owner DANIEL D. SMITH for an undisclosed price, according to the WICHITA EAGLE. SMITH sold the station, then Regional Mexican KANR (FIESTA 99.7), to AIR CAPITOL for $2 million in 2013.
