Kenny Chesney Breaks Pink Floyd's Record In Kansas City

COLUMBIA NASHVILLE's KENNY CHESNEY set a new attendance record at ARROWHEAD STADIUM in KANSAS CITY, MO on SATURDAY (8/1), playing to 57,368 fans. CHESNEY eclipsed PINK FLOYD's 1994 record of 56,134 fans in attendance.
This makes the fifth "BIG REVIVAL TOUR" stop that CHESNEY has broken a record at. Previous record-breaking shows include: HEINZ FIELD in PITTSBURGH, LAMBEAU FIELD in GREEN BAY, LINCOLN FINANCIAL FIELD in PHILADELPHIA, and TARGET FIELD in MINNEAPOLIS (NET NEWS 7/20).
