Alpha Media Buys Digity

ALPHA MEDIA is buying DEAN GOODMAN's DIGITY, LLC for an undisclosed price.
The deal adds DIGITY's 116 stations in 26 markets, including SAN JOSE, WEST PALM BEACH, and suburban CHICAGO, to ALPHA's 135 stations.
