Price For KPRI/San Diego: $12 Million

The price for the previously announced sale by COMPASS RADIO OF SAN DIEGO, INC. of Triple A KPRI/SAN DIEGO to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION (EMF) is $12 million, according to the contract filed with the FCC. The station has flipped to Contemporary Christian using EMF's K-LOVE satellite format.
In other filings with the FCC, JACKMAN HOLDING COMPANY, LLC is selling Alternative KLMZ (THE ZONE 107.1)/LEADWOOD, MO to DOCKINS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $250,000 ($5,000 cash, $245,000 in a promissory note with 12 monthly payments of $3,000 and a balloon payment of $209,000 one year from closing). The buyer has been programming the station since DECEMBER 2014 under a time brokerage agreement.
WEST CENTRAL MICHIGAN MEDIA MINISTRIES has requested a Silent STA for W274BN/ALPENA, MI while it files for modification to alleviate interference to a mobile radio operation.
MOUNT RUSHMORE BROADCASTING, INC. has filed for extensions of its Silent STAs for KFCR-A and KAWK/CUSTER, SD, KIQZ/RAWLINS, WY, and KZMX-A-F/HOT SPRINGS, SD due to inability to staff the station after the employees all resigned last Winter.
TURQUOISE BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC has requested Silent STAs for K276FF and K224DX/SEWARD, AK "until the antenna system can be returned to the licensed configuration."
RADIO DISNEY GROUP, LLC has closed on the sale of WWJZ-A/MOUNT HOLLY, NJ-PHILADELPHIA to STARBOARD MEDIA FOUNDATION, INC. for $3.5 million.
RADIO DISNEY SACRAMENTO, LLC has closed on the sale of KIID-A/SACRAMENTO to PUNJABI AMERICAN MEDIA, LLC for $800,000.
And ALEX MEDIA, INC. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for WTTY/TY TY, GA to VICTOR M. VICKERS for $57,500.
