Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton Each Win Three CMAs; Luke Bryan Entertainer Of The Year

LITTLE BIG TOWN and CHRIS STAPLETON were both triple CMA award winners at WEDNESDAY night’s (11/4) “49TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS,” broadcast live on ABC-TV.
CHRIS STAPLETON was the night’s surprise winner, picking up Male Vocalist, New Artist, and the Album Of The Year prizes for “Traveller.” LITTLE BIG TOWN also had a big night, walking home with Single, Song, and Vocal Group Of The Year honors.
MIRANDA LAMBERT won her sixth career CMA Female Vocalist Of The Year Award, and the evening’s final award for the coveted Entertainer Of The Year trophy went to LUKE BRYAN, a repeat winner from 2014.
Earlier in the day, MADDIE & TAE’s “Girl In A Country Song” and KEITH URBAN and ERIC CHURCH’s “Raise ‘Em Up” were winners for Video and Musical Event Of The Year, respectively (NET NEWS 11/4).
