January 15, 2016 at 12:23 PM (PT)
This WEEKEND, Country radio and records industry professionals are joining with Country artists for the seminar to kick off the 27th annual "COUNTRY CARES FOR ST. JUDE KIDS" program. The seminar is being held in MEMPHIS, TN and highlights the lifesaving work of ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL.
As one of the largest Country music industry gatherings in the nation, the "COUNTRY CARES FOR ST. JUDE KIDS" seminar provides ST. JUDE patients the opportunity to interact with some of their favorite Country music artists and celebrate radio and records partners in hope. Together, Country radio, records and artists have generated national awareness and raised more than $500 million over the past 27 years to help ST. JUDE fight childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Because of "COUNTRY CARES FOR ST. JUDE KIDS" and other national fundraising programs, families with children undergoing treatment at ST. JUDE never receive a bill for medical care, travel, housing or food. For additional information about ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL, visit here.
