RCA NASHVILLE artist CHRIS YOUNG has postponed the PHILADELPHIA and PITTSBURGH stops on his "I'M COMIN' OVER TOUR" with CASSADEE POPE due to WINTER STORM JONAS. The PHILADELPHIA show originally set for FRIDAY, JANUARY 22nd at the ELECTRIC FACTORY is now rescheduled for SUNDAY, MARCH 12th, and the SATURDAY, JANUARY 23rd PITTSBURGH show at STAGE AE will now be SATURDAY, MARCH 11th.
YOUNG posted to INSTAGRAM on SATURDAY (1/23): "I'm actually currently parked in a truck stop where we have been stuck all NIGHT. I'm disappointed and want to play for you guys TONIGHT but your safety is, again, priority over everything else. All original tickets will be honored."
Both YOUNG and POPE ended up stranded on the PENNSYLANIA TURNPIKE on SATURDAY (1/23); YOUNG's bus made it to a truck stop, but POPE's did not. Early SUNDAY MORNING (1/24) POPE shared via TWITTER: "An update for those asking: It's been about 27 hours now on the turnpike. We're told we'll be able to turn around at some point TONIGHT." Eight hours later, POPE shared that they had made it out, and she tweeted, "Thanks for your hard work through all hours of the NIGHT to get everyone to safety, [PENNSYLVANIA NATIONAL GUARD]. We appreciate you!"
