JEFFREY's CANAAN COMMUNICATIONS INC. in consideration for assumption of debt in a move that removes JEFFREY's partners in JWL and dissolves that corporation, creating a new nonprofit entity with JEFFREY as sole member.

INDIANA COMMUNITY RADIO CORP. is selling W271CO/MORGANFIELD, KY to SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF TUCKESSEE, LLC for $30,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports WKFN-A (THE FAN)/CLARKSVILLE, TN.

BILL BINNIE's WBIN MEDIA CO., INC. has closed on the sale of Oldies simulcast WLAM-A/LEWISTON, ME and WLVP-A/GORHAM, ME (THE OLDIES CHANNEL) to BOB BITTNER's BLUE JEY BROADCASTING CO. for $135,000.

The Commission also dismissed COCOA MINORITY EDUCATIONAL MEDIA ASSOCIATION's Petition for Reconsideration of the dismissal of its application for a new low power FM at COCOA, FL as untimely.  CMEMA filed its petition on JANUARY 19th, the next business day after the deadline for filing the appeal, which the FCC determined was JANUARY 15th.
