“iHEARTMEDIA MEMPHIS is proud to continue working with and broadcasting MEMPHIS Athletics,” said Area President MORGAN D. BOHANNON. “We enjoy working with LEARFIELD and MEMPHIS Athletics and look forward to broadcasting TIGER Athletics for many years to come.”
“This is a great day for MEMPHIS TIGER fans,” said TIGER SPORTS PROPERTIES GM TODD KUCINSKI. “With 100,000 watts of power, ROCK 103 will provide regional coverage of TIGER Athletics throughout MEMPHIS and the MID-SOUTH area. In addition, we are proud to continue our partnership with the heritage and tradition of 600 WREC.”
“We are grateful to iHEARTMEDIA for the continued support of MEMPHIS Athletics and are excited for the addition of ROCK 103 to the line-up,” said UNIVERSITY OF MEMPHIS Athletic Director TOM BOWEN. “Quality programming of our athletic events is key to the overall experience we provide our fans, and I’m encouraged to have two trusted radio stations providing these programs throughout the MEMPHIS area.”
