The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS (NAB) has launched a new website highlighting public service, charity, and investigative journalism work done by local broadcasters. BroadcastPublicService.org includes an interactive map with examples of good work done by radio and TV stations, as well as access for broadcasters to PSA campaigns.
"Every day, local broadcasters demonstrate their commitment to the communities that they serve," said NAB EVP/Communications DENNIS WHARTON. "Our new and improved website serves as a showcase for the value of localism, and provides a one-stop-shopping site for information on the value of broadcasting to the American people."
