REPUBLIC NASHVILLE group THE BAND PERRY performed for PRESIDENT OBAMA during "SMITHSONIAN Salutes RAY CHARLES: In Performance At The WHITE HOUSE.” The evening paid tribute to the late RAY CHARLES, and featured performances from THE BAND PERRY, who sang “Bye Bye Love,” USHER with “GEORGIA On My Mind,” DEMI LOVATO, BRITTANY HOWARD, YOLANDA ADAMS and more.
Even PRESIDENT OBAMA got on stage and performed his rendition of CHARLES' "What'd I Say." The tribute aired on PBS-TV last FRIDAY (2/26), and is available to watch in entirety here.
