Sean Knight Joins KQRA/Springfield, MO For MD/Afternoons And Imaging

Sean Knight Will Rock Q 102

MID-WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING Active Rock KQRA (Q 102)/SPRINGFIELD, MO has hired SEAN KNIGHT for MD/afternoons and Imaging, replacing BROCK HAVENS who left KQRA for mornings at MID-WEST FAMILY Rock WIRX (ROCK 107)/BENTON HARBOR, MI in JANUARY (NET NEWS 1/14). KNIGHT joins KQRA from working part-time/fill-in at Active Rock KUPD/PHOENIX.

KQRA PD SHADOW told ALL ACCESS, "I searched long and hard for someone who did shots of Jager while hanging out with his cats. I mean if that doesn't embody the lifestyle I don't know what does. KQRA welcomes SEAN to rock afternoons and do what we do best. Local. Rock.  Radio. I'm excited for him to join not only KQRA but MID-WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING."

KNIGHT said, "I'm super-excited to take my career to the next level and join the crew at Q102 in SPRINGFIELD, MO as afternoon-drive host, MD and Imaging Dir.!"

Besides KUPD, KNIGHT has worked at several Rock stations throughout his career including KHTQ/SPOKANE and KXXR/MINNEAPOLIS. His official start date is MARCH 14th and on-air the 21st.
