Envision, Audiant Launch SAM Analysis Module

ENVISION NETWORKS and AUDIANT have launched SAM Sentiment Analysis Module for radio. SAM is a research tool that analyzes written feedback and comments from listeners and presents all findings in an in-depth report for radio stations use.
“Before SAM, there wasn’t a good way to test unfamiliar music," AUDIANT Pres./CEO HAL FISH said. "Now, you can know what listeners are saying about a song before it even plays on your station. It’s like a music meeting with your listeners, where they hand you a detailed song report when you walk out the door!”
Beyond just testing new music, SAM presents a wealth of revenue opportunities. Custom text and images on the surveys allow stations to solicit sponsorships each time they’re testing new music. SAM can also be used to test radio spots for advertisers creating a new incentive to entice potential clients to buy the radio station or increase their current spend.
