Ratings for last night’s (4/3) “51st ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS,” which aired live on CBS-TV from the MGM GRAND in LAS VEGAS, showed a 2.3 rating with a 3 share among adults aged 18-49 and tallied 11.18 million viewers, according to ZAP2IT.
Those figures were a drop from last year’s ACM telecast, which posted a 3.6 rating and drew more than 15 million viewers. Last night’s show featured more than 20 performers, with CHRIS STAPLETON emerging as the big winner, taking home six awards.
