VIPER BROADCASTING LLC Active Rock KFNS (100.7 THE VIPER)/ST. LOUIS radio show "The Morning Hangover" welcomes back longtime local radio mainstay and original "Hangover" host DC Chymes.
DC left the show in late 2015 and after a sabbatical, joins CHRIS KNIGHT and ERIC JOHNSON, signing a five-year deal encompassing mornings and other projects that will greatly enhance their national reach. KFNS also announced today an agreement whereby the show could soon be a reality television show and a nationally syndicated radio show.
VIPER MEDIA LLC VP/CEO TRACEY BLEVINS commented: "DC, CHRIS and ERIC are incredible and creative comedic talents and we are thrilled that they chose us to partner with in a venture that has the potential to be the catalyst in re-defining what radio is to this generation. This could be the thing that has the world talking about radio with peers on social media in every corner of the globe. One day soon APPLE might be lobbying the radio industry to include them in radio."
This week, negotiations between COOL FIRE, ASYLUM ENTERTAINMENT and two others took place for a first-of-its-kind reality show built around the show and station crew and airing on DISCOVERY or A&E NETWORKS later this year.
