Mapleton/Spokane Holds April Foods Day

The MAPLETON/SPOKANE cluster turned APRIL FOOL’S DAY into APRIL FOODS DAY again with 12 hours of stocking shelves for the local SECOND HARVEST food bank. The food drive that started at 6am at a local grocery store, as the cluster's stations broadcasting from the location raising the awareness and need to support the food bank.
“Hunger is no joke”, OM GREG TILLOTSON said. “And with help from our listeners and great partners we were able to collect over 23,000 pounds of food for those in need this spring and summer.”
Last year, the one day APRIL FOOD’S DAY drive brought in over 19,000 pounds.
