Kanye West's 'Life Of Pablo' Tops BuzzAngle's Album Chart

"Life of Pablo," the seventh studio album from KANYE WEST, takes the top spot of the BUZZANGLE MUSIC's Album Project chart for last week (FRIDAY, APRIL 1st to THURSDAY, APRIL 7th) with over 82,000 album project units.
"Traveller" by CHRIS STAPLETON is second on the weekly chart with over 73,000 album project units. In a solid week for new titles, other top new releases were "Lukas Graham" by LUKAS GRAHAM, debuting at #3, "Twenty88" by TWENTY88 At #4 and "Weezer (The White Album)," by WEEZER at #6.
"Life of Pablo" accumulated over 85 million audio streams, boosting it into the #1 position. Just under 70% of the total project consumption units were from streaming, a tremendous accomplishment showing the true value of streaming. The top 10 albums together totaled 240 million streams, with "Life of Pablo" accounting for one-third of that number. The album garnered over 25,000 album sales, which ranked 5th for the week in that category. A couple late reporting outlets will add a few more thousand to the total.
"Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1" was the top-streamed song off of "Life of Pablo," with 10 million streams. Even the least streamed song on the album, "Siiiiiiiiilver Surffffeeeeer Intermission" still had almost 1.9 million streams, showing an extremely balanced performance for the album.
