WILKS LICENSE COMPANY-RENO LLC is selling Rock KURK (100.9 THE BANDIT) and Country KWFP (92.1 THE WOLF)/SPARKS-RENO, NV and K286AG/CARSON CITY, NV to JERRY EVANS' THE EVANS BROADCAST COMPANY, INC. for $750,000 plus an LMA before closing. WILKS, in the contract of sale, notes that it plans to sell its remaning RENO-market station, Triple A KTHX (100.1 THE X)/DAYTON, NV, to LOTUS RADIO CORP., but the sale was not filed along with this deal.
In other filings with the FCC, FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WCGM/WATTSBURG-ERIE, PA to WILLIAMSPORT BROADCASTING, INC. for $840,000 in a promissory note (60 monthly payments of $10,000, final balloon payment of $240,000).
