The deal was mentioned in WILKS' filing for the sale of Rock KURK (100.9 THE BANDIT) and Country KWFP (92.1 THE WOLF)/SPARKS-RENO, NV and K286AG/CARSON CITY, NV to JERRY EVANS' THE EVANS BROADCAST COMPANY, INC. for $750,000 (NET NEWS 4/26). Concurrently, LOTUS is selling Sports KFOY-A/SPARKS, NV to LAZER LICENSES, LLC for $50,000.
