HULK HOGAN is heading back to court with a lawsuit against COX MEDIA GROUP, DON BUCHWALD AND ASSOCIATES, BUCHWALD agent TONY BURTON, former BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE crew member MATT "SPICE BOY" LOYD, CALIFORNIA attorney KEITH M. DAVIDSON, GAWKER MEDIA, and COX Talk WHPT (102.5 THE BONE)/TAMPA morning host MIKE CALTA for allegedly conspiring to leak his sex tapes with HEATHER CLEM, BUBBA's then-wife, and blaming GAWKER for the release of a transcript of HOGAN saying racist things about his daughter's boyfriend to the NATIONAL ENQUIRER.
BAY NEWS 9 reports that HOGAN's suit, which comes after his win against GAWKER in his previous suit over the leaked tape, was filed in PINELLAS COUNTY, FL; in the initial trial, BURTON testified that he merely gave an unnamed client GAWKER's address and did not knowingly enable the leak.
GAWKER issued a statement saying, "This is getting ridiculous. HULK HOGAN is a litigious celebrity abusing the court system to control his public image and media coverage. It was absurd enough that HULK HOGAN claimed $100 million for emotional distress and economic damage for a story about a sex life that he'd already made public. Now HULK HOGAN is blaming GAWKER for racist remarks he made on another sex tape, which GAWKER never had. As we've said before and are happy to say again: GAWKER did not leak the information. It's time for HULK HOGAN to take responsibility for his own words, because the only person who got HULK HOGAN fired from the WWE is HULK HOGAN."
