Media Monitors Radio Political Spot Update: Trump On Top, Sanders Second, No Spots For Clinton

With one race over and the other coming to a close, MEDIA MONITORS' latest check of radio spots in the presidential primaries in 82 major markets shows that for APRIL 29th through MAY 8th, DONALD TRUMP, the presumptive Republican candidate and the only G.O.P. contender left standing, bought the most spots among the three remaining contenders, 317.
HILLARY CLINTON, having enough delegates at present to win the Democratic nomination on the first ballot, did not buy any spots, while BERNIE SANDERS, who is staying in the race to try to remain close and possibly sway "superdelegates" to switch from CLINTON at the Democratic National Convention in PHILADELPHIA, bought 300.
But two PACs are still buying anti-TRUMP spots: OUR PRINCIPLES PAC bought 24 and MAKE AMERICA AWESOME bought 4.
