Warner Music Nashville Praised For Partnership With Pearl-Cohn Entertianment Magnet High School

WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE (WMN) has won the Academy Partnership Of The Year Award for Arts, Media & Entertainment at the 2016 ACADEMIES OF NASHVILLE AWARDS. The award was presented to WMN for its relationship with NASHVILLE Metro Schools' PEARL-COHN ENTERTAINMENT MAGNET HIGH SCHOOL.
WMN works with PEARL-COHN's ACADEMY OF ENTERTAINMENT MANAGEMENT students and teachers to create a business model and offer guidance and mentorship to students running RELENTLESS, the only student-run record label in the nation. WMN also hosts learning sessions to introduce students and teachers to all aspects of a major label’s internal structure and operation, from A&R and music production to marketing and publishing. WMN Mgr./A&R STEPHANIE HAYMES accepted the award on behalf of Pres./CEO JOHN ESPOSITO.
