BAY CITIES BUILDING CO. has been fined $1,500 by the FCC for filing the license renewal application for Classic Hits KDCQ (K-DOCK 92.9)/COOS BAY, OR late.
The application was filed two months late with no explanation offered; the fine was revised downwards from the $3,000 base fine because the application, although late, was filed before the previous license had expired.
The Commission also dismissed JLF COMMUNICATIONS, LLP's application to move K273CD/BELLVILLE, TX 25.1 miles east-southeast of its licensed site and change its primary station to KULF-A/BELLVILLE because the applicant remains delinquent on payment of debt owed to the FCC.
