The two new trustees for SUMNER REDSTONE's trust are NATIONAL AMUSEMENTS EVP/General Counsel THADDEUS (TAD) JANKOWSKI and former WARNER MUSIC GROUP SVP/Investor Relations JILL KRUTICK.
JANKOWSKI and KRUTICK are seen as allies of REDSTONE's daughter SHARI; they replace VIACOM Chairman/CEO PHILIPPE DAUMAN and attorney GEORGE ABRAMS, who are suing over their ouster last week, as trustees.
In addition, attorney and SHARI REDSTONE's daughter KIMBERLEE OSTHEIMER has been named to the board of directors of NATIONAL AMUSEMENTS, the company that holds the REDSTONE family's controlling interests in CBS CORP. and VIACOM. KRUTICK has also been named to the NATIONAL AMUSEMENTS board.
