EVERETT-SNOHOMISH BROADCASTING/SEATTLE has signed on a shiny new signal at 103.3-F with call letters KMCQ playing non-stop Country music and branded as “THE ALL NEW COUNTRY Q." Using the positioner, “Not just the latest, but also the greatest Country songs,” the station promises to reach back to the 90s and beyond, according to a release.
For now, “THE Q” will be jockless with only imaging between songs. The format is programmed and consulted by SEATTLE-based BROADCAST PARTNERS’ KEN MOULTRIE. Licensed to OAK HARBOR, WA, the signal covers SNOHOMISH County and the NORTH end of the SEATTLE Metro.
