JUAN ALBERTO AYALA is selling K235BT/ABILENE, TX to VIKRAM SHAH BROADCASTING, INC. for $50,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast KFCD-A/FARMERSVILLE-DALLAS, TX.

In other filings with the FCC, WJXR, INC. has closed on the sale of Tropical WJXR (LATINA 92.1)/MACCLENNY-JACKSONVILLE, FL to NORBERTO SANCHEZ' NORSAN WJXR, LLC for $1,760,000.  NORSAN has been programming the station under an LMA for the last year.

TIMBER RIDGE MINISTRIES, INC.has closed on the sale of Southern Gospel WVRS (THE POINT 90.1)/GORE, VA to POINT FM MINISTRIES, INC. for $25,000.  The buyer has been programming the station under a Programming Services Agreement since NOVEMBER.

iHEARTMEDIA divestiture trust BRUNSWICK STATION TRUST LLC has closed on the sale of Classic Hits WMOG (BIG 92.7)/ST. SIMONS ISLAND, GA to GOLDEN ISLES BROADCASTING, LLC for $225,000.

And SCREEN DOOR BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of K244FI/PONCA CITY, OK to SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA RADIO, LLC for $52,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Adult Standards KTMC-A/MCALESTER, OK.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, KERMIT and DIANE WOMACK (KERM INC./DANVILLE FM INC.)  are selling News-Talk KARV-A/RUSSELLVILLE, AR; Country KARV-F/OLA, AR; and Country KYEL (THUNDER COUNTRY)/DANVILLE, AR to BOBBY CALDWELL's EAST ARKANSAS BROADCASTERS for $800,000.  BILL CATE of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP served as exclusive broker for the deal.

In CANADA, OKALALATIGET SOCIETY has been approved by the CRTC for a Type B Native FM station on 99.9 FM with 1,429 watts in NAIN, NL, with a rebroadcasting transmitter on 99.3 FM with 1,710 watts at HAPPY VALLEY/GOOSE BAY.
