FCC General Counsel JONATHAN SALLET has added Deputy General Counsel duties to Chief of Staff JENNIFER TATEL's position and has upped Senior Legal Advisor JOHN WILLIAMS to Senior Counselor to the General Counsel. TATEL's promotion will fill the position left vacant with the move of SUZANNE TETREAULT to Deputy Bureau Chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
On TATEL, who will continue to serve as Chief of Staff along with her new position, SALLET said, "JENNIFER is extraordinarily qualified to oversee the FCC’s administrative law work. She is skilled as a lawyer, experienced as a manager and focused on how the Office of General Counsel can best serve the Commission. We are fortunate to have her in this new position.”
On WILLIAMS, SALLET added, “JOHN is a savvy, insightful lawyer who has taken on challenging assignments in the Office of General Counsel and who will provide invaluable assistance in his new, expanded, role."
