In other filings with the FCC, DAVIDSON MEDIA STATION WREJ LICENSEE, LLC has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for WONA-A/RICHMOND, VA due to the sale of the land under its transmitter and a pending sale to DELMARVA EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION.

JAMES INGSTAD's RADIO FARGO-MOORHEAD, INC. has closed on the sale of Country KBMW-A/BRECKENRIDGE, MN-WAHPETON, ND to daughter BROOKE INGSTAD's RADIO WAHPETON BRECKENRIDGE, LLC for $300,000. JAMES INGSTAD owns 89% of the stock and 100% of the votes of the seller, while BROOKE INGSTAD owns 11% of the stock of the seller.  In the same family, ROBERT J. INGSTAD 's MEDIACTIVE, LLC has closed on the sale of Classic Hits KZDR (92.7 THE DRIVE)/KINDRED-FARGO, ND to BROOKE INGSTAD's RADIO WAHPETON BRECKENRIDGE, LLC for $275,000.

E-STRING WIRELESS, LTD has closed on the sale of K288GM/SWEETWATER, TX (now K264CJ/SAN ANTONIO) to SAN ANTONIO RADIOWORKS, LLC for $25,000.  The buyer plans to move the station to rebroadcast Adult Standards KAHL-A (CALL 1310)/SAN ANTONIO, which presently simulcasts in K279AB/SAN ANTONIO.   E-STRING WIRELESS, LTD. has also closed on the sale of K248CP/ATHENS, TX (now K251CB/VICTORIA, TX) to VICTORIA RADIOWORKS, LLC for $40,000.  The buyer plans to air News-Talk KVNN-A/VICTORIA on the translator.

SPRYEX COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of W283CL/ATWOOD, KY (now in WORTHINGTON, OH) to SALEM MEDIA OF OHIO, INC. for $88,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Religion WRFD-A/WORTHINGTON-COLUMBUS.

RANDY M. HUDSON has closed on the sale of K276FT/SILVERTHORNE, CO (now K277DB/FRISCO, CO) to KRYSTAL BROADCASTING, INC. for $9,000.  The translator will rebroadcast KYSL-FM-HD3/FRISCO, CO.

HI-LINE RADIO FELLOWSHIP, INC. has closed on the sale of K234CP (formerly K235BO)/COLUMBUS, MT to KGHL RADIO LLC for $50,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Classic Country KGHL-A/BILLINGS.

And LIVING PROOF INC. has closed on the sale of K267AQ/CONWAY SUMMIT, CA to LOTUS RADIO CORP. for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Spanish Sports KHIT-A (ESPN DEPORTES 1450)/RENO, NV.
