DAVID P. STEPHENS' KXOJ, INC. is selling Sports KGND-A/VINITA, OK and K267CC/NEODESHA, KS to DOUGLAS H. FERBER's GRAND LAKE MEDIA, LLC for $75,000.  The translator is being moved to VINITA to rebroadcast KGND.

In other filings with the FCC, STARBOARD MEDIA FOUNDATION, INC. is selling K293CH/WATERLOO, IA to COLOFF MEDIA, LLC for $20,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports KCNZ-A (1650 THE FAN)/CEDAR FALLS, IA.

FINE ARTS RADIO, INC. is selling W269BF/SISTERSVILLE, WV to VANDALIA MEDIA PARTNERS, LLC  for $50,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WMOV-A/RAVENSWOOD, WV, which presently airs on translator W294AF/RIPLEY, WV.

KRIZ BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of South Asian (Punjabi) KZIZ-A/PACIFIC-SEATTLE, WA to XL MEDIA INC. for $680,000.

COUNTRYSIDE BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of W300CQ/TAYLORVILLE, IL and W300CP/PANA, IL (now W240DE/EVANSTON, IL) to POLNET COMMUNICATIONS, LTD. for $90,000.  The translators will rebroadcast Polish WNVR-A (POLSKIE RADIO)/VERNON HILLS-CHICAGO, IL and Ethnic-Talk WKTA-A/EVANSTON-CHICAGO, IL, respectively.

And TED W. AUSTIN, JR. has closed on the sale of K224EO/IDAHO FALLS, ID (now K233DE/BOISE) to INSPIRATIONAL FAMILY RADIO, INC. for $50,000 credited towards the seller's SNAKE RIVER RADIO's separate purchase from the buyer of Religion KRTK-A/CHUBBUCK, ID.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Religion KSPD-A/BOISE.
