SAUL LEVINE's MOUNT WILSON FM BROADCASTERS, INC. is selling Classic Hits KBOQ (Q103.9)/SEASIDE, CA to the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA for $475,000 and is donating Classical KMZT-F (K-MOZART)/BIG SUR, CA to USC as well. USC will take the stations noncommercial in an expansion of its Classical network based at KUSC/LOS ANGELES.
In other filings with the FCC, RANDOLPH BROADCASTING, INC is selling Country WKXR-A/ASHEBORO, NC to SOUTH TRIAD BROADCASTING CORP. for $193,683 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.
