SAUL LEVINE's MOUNT WILSON FM BROADCASTERS, INC. is selling Classic Hits KBOQ (Q103.9)/SEASIDE, CA to the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA for $475,000 and is donating Classical KMZT-F (K-MOZART)/BIG SUR, CA to USC as well. USC will take the stations noncommercial in an expansion of its Classical network based at KUSC/LOS ANGELES.

In other filings with the FCC, RANDOLPH BROADCASTING, INC is selling Country WKXR-A/ASHEBORO, NC to SOUTH TRIAD BROADCASTING CORP. for $193,683 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

YOUR CHRISTIAN COMPANION NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of K222CK/CLEARLAKE, CA to ONE MINISTRIES, INC. for $25,000.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of W231BI/UTICA, NY to RADIO ONE OF BOSTON LICENSES, LLC for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to BOSTON to rebroadcast Brokered WILD-A/BOSTON.

SPORTSRAD, INC. has closed on the sale of Sports WSFZ-A (SUPERSPORT 930)/JACKSON, MS to CLAY E. HOLLADAY's NEW SOUTH RADIO, INC. for $1. NEW SOUTH has agreed to a deal with S. BRYAN EUBANK, who will lease time to continue to air JACKSON ACADEMY HIGH SCHOOL football and basketball games and a SUNDAY 11a-1p (CT) sports talk show.

And 127, INC. has closed on the sale of silent KLFJ-A/SPRINGFIELD, MO to NANCY G. MILLER's ONE MEDIA, INC. for $55,000.
