KWIN/Stockton Ups APD Jiggy To PD Post

CUMULUS MODESTO/STOCKTON has announced that Top 40/Rhythmic KWIN-KWINN/STOCKTON-MODESTO has upped APD JIGGY to PD.  JIGGY succeeds MOJOE ROBERTS who left in MARCH to take the PD gig at ALPHA MEDIA Country KUPL/PORTLAND.
