The body of record producer/songwriter ELLIOT WOLFF has been found in a tributary of the PECOS RIVER in NEW MEXICO, reports the SANTA FE NEW MEXICAN.
WOLFF, 60, went missing while camping in the SANTA FE NATIONAL FOREST near PECOS, NM on JUNE 7th. WOLFF, who has produced and written hits for artists such as PAULA ABDUL, TAYLOR DAYNE, DAVE KOZ and ARETHA FRANKLIN, was last seen at 5p on JUNE 7th, when he got a ride to the DALTON CANYON picnic area.
WOLFF wrote songs like PAULA ABDUL's hits "Straight Up" and "Cold Hearted" and TAYLOR DAYNE's "Heart of Stone," worked with artists like PEACHES AND HERB, CHAKA KHAN, and several others, and wrote songs recorded by artists including ARETHA FRANKLIN, DEBBIE GIBSON, DAVE KOZ, and JENNIFER HOLLIDAY.
