MCCARRON LLC is selling K272FQ/RIVERSIDE, CA to FRED LUNDGREN for $110,000. The buyer plans to rebroadcast News-Talk KCAA-A/LOMA LINDA, CA on the translator.
In other filings with the FCC, JOHN FIORI is selling K296GR/QUARTZSITE, AZ and K227CV/BLYTHE, CA to CRC MEDIA WEST, LLC for $40,000. The buyer plans to move the translators west across the desert to rebroadcast Sports KXPS-A (TEAM 1010)/THOUSAND PALMS, CA and Business KPSF-A (MONEY RADIO 1200)/CATHEDRAL CITY, CA, respectively.
CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WCNM/HARVARD, IL while it looks for a new transmission site.
CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for W217BI/CUMMINSVILLE, OH due to interference with full-power WYSO/YELLOW SPRINGS, OH. CCTF has also requested a Silent STA for K290BK/SEASIDE, OR due to interference with its receiving antenna from full-power stations on the same tower.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of K228EC/CRESCENT CITY, CA to PUNJABI AMERICAN MEDIA, LLC for $30,000. The translator will move to rebroadcast South Asian KOBO-A/YUBA CITY, CA.
And CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of W266CW/PORT CHARLOTTE, FL to WTIS-AM, INC. for $125,000. The buyer plans to move the facility to rebroadcast Religion WTIS-A/TAMPA.
Also, the Commission dismissed MARFA PUBLIC RADIO's Petition for Reconsideration of the grant of a construction permit for a new noncommercial educational FM at MARFA, TX to HOUSTON CHRISTIAN BROADCASTERS. MPR contended that because it now owns the site specified in HCB's application, HCB does not have reasonable assurance of the availability of its proposed site. But the Commission noted that HCB had assurance at the time of its application from the previous owner and had no reason to think it was not valid until now.
