In other filings with the FCC, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K237FJ/THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN to DEWAYNE KVANDE for $25,000.

NORTHEAST GOSPEL BROADCASTING INC is selling W227CY/EASTON, NY to CRAM COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $50,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Religion WSIV-A/EAST SYRACUSE, NY.

EXPONENT BROADCASTING, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for WXJO-A/DOUGLASVILLE, GA; EXPONENT reacquired the station from MONTE SINAI, INC. for forgiveness of debt and acquired an FM translator (now W285FH/DOUGLASVILLE) to rebroadcast WXJO, but has encountered problems in accessing the transmitter site due to major road changes.  Upon its return, the station plans a "major change of format" with English-language programming.

NEW DIRECTIONS MEDIA, INC. has closed on the sale of Adult Hits KVSL-A (REWIND 108)/SHOW LOW, AZ to CASA PINON, LLC for $100,000.

LKCM RADIO GROUP, LP has closed on the sale of Sports KVSO-A/ARDMORE, OK; Country KKAJ-F/DAVIS, OK; Oldies KYNZ/LONE GROVE, OK; and Active Rock KTRX/DICKSON, OK to STEPHENS MEDIA GROUP's SMG-ARDMORE, LLC for $2,462,500.

BRANTLEY BROADCAST ASSOCIATES has closed on the sale of its 40% of WAGON WHEEL BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Country WIKI/CARROLTON, KY and Country WSCH/AURORA, IN, to partners NBC, LLC and KENNETH S. JOHNSON, SR. for $1,000 each.  NBC ends up with 60% and JOHNSON 40% of WAGON WHEEL.

ALOHA STATION TRUST, LLC, the trust handling iHEARTMEDIA spinoffs, has closed on the sale of AC WISM-F/ALTOONA-EAU CLAIRE, WI to MID-WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING's MID-WEST MANAGEMENT, INC. for $970,000.  The station has flipped to the Classic Hits format previously heard on WDRK/CORNELL-EAU CLAIRE, which was donated to UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-EAU CLAIRE to allow MID-WEST to comply with market ownership caps; WDRK has moved to a student-run format.

PROFESSIONAL ANTENNA, TOWER AND TRANSLATOR SERVICE (PATTS) has closed on the sale of K224DN (now K266CE)/GRAND JUNCTION, CO, K269AB/DELTA, CO, K239AW/CRAIG, CO, and K252DZ/MOUNTAIN VILLAGE, CO to MBC GRAND BROADCASTING, INC. for $20,000.  The buyer plans to move the translators to rebroadcast Sports KTMM-A (THE TEAM 1340)/GRAND JUNCTION, CO, News-Talk KNZZ-A/GRAND JUNCTION, CO, News-Talk KGLN-A/GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO, and Sports KNAM-A (THE TEAM 1490)/SILT, CO, respectively.

PAUL WILMES' ALTUS FM, INC. has closed on the sale of Classic Rock KJOK (THE BIG DOG 102.7) and Oldies KKRE/HOLLIS, OK and Country KEYB (108 KEY FM)/ALTUS, OK to MONTE and GENTRY TODD SPEARMAN's HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC for $600,000 plus a $150,000, three-year consulting agreement and an lease plus option to buy the studio for $250,000.

And AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION has closed on the sale of W203AN/FLORA, IL to H & R COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $30,000.
