Condolences to family and friends of MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO reporter TONI RANDOLPH, who died SUNDAY (7/3) while undergoing cancer surgery at 53, according to the MINNEAPOLIS STAR TRIBUNE.
RANDOLPH was at MPR since 2003 and was named News Editor for New Audiences in 2010. She previously worked in BUFFALO and at WBUR/BOSTON.
"She was a gifted and dedicated journalist whose great joy was working with aspiring writers and mentoring young," AMERICAN PUBLIC MEDIA GROUP President and CEO JON MCTAGGART told MPRNEWS.ORG.
