Orban Sold To DaySequerra

CIRCUIT RESEARCH LABS, INC. (CRL) is selling audio processing giant ORBAN to audio company DAYSEQUERRA for an undisclosed price. ORBAN will become a new DAYSEQUERRA subsidiary, ORBAN LABS INC, and will be moved into DAYSEQUERRA's NEW JERSEY facility, with all current ORBAN administration, marketing, sales and product development functions to be transferred to DAYSEQUERRA over the next 90 days. 

The deal is subject to approval by CRL shareholders at a meeting scheduled for later this month.“ORBAN has advanced the state-of-the-art in audio processing for broadcast and streaming since 1975,” said BOB ORBAN. “Over the decades, ORBAN products have been at the heart of broadcast facilities as vital tools for attracting and keeping audiences.
