In other filings with the FCC, OMNI BROADCASTING, LLC is transferring Adult Standards WEVG-A/EVERGREEN, AL to ANDALA ENTERPRISES, INC. for no consideration.

NORTHEAST GOSPEL BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W244BG/LANESBOROUGH, MA, W234AL/NORTH ADAMS, MA, W278AN/TUPPER LAKE, NY, and W254AM/BERLIN, NY to GOIS BROADCASTING BOSTON LLC for $65,000 each ($260,000 total).  NGB is also selling W230AO/SPECULATOR, NY and W271BQ/COXSACKIE, NY  to GOIS BROADCASTING  LLC for $65,000 each ($130,000 total).

RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE is selling K242CM/SALEM, AR to E-COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $17,500.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Gospel KALM-A (AM 1290 THE GIFT)/THAYER, MO.

SOUTHWEST COLORADO TV TRANSLATOR ASSOCIATION is selling K292AX/CORTEZ, CO to KUTE, INC. for $7,500.

CAMERON CRAVEY has requested a Silent STA for K258CH/BAKER, LA after losing its primary station.

CORNERSTONE CHURCH OF WHEELER has closed on the sale of Country KSNZ/SHAMROCK, TX to ROUTE 66 MEDIA, LLC for $136,000 ($52,000 in forgiveness of personal promissory notes, $84,000 for 7 years of a programming agreement back to the seller involving spots during the week and long-form programming on the weekend, and assumption of debts).

FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. has closed on the sale of K294BX/CAMBRIA, CA to AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA's AGM CALIFORNIA, INC. for $27.500.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KSMX-A/SANTA MARIA, CA.

And according to a report in the CLEBURNE TIMES-REVIEW, INTELLI, LLC Sports KCLE-A-K266BM/BURLESON-CLEBURNE, TX has gone dark.  The station is owned by INTELLI, LLC (TRON DINH DO); no Silent STA filing has yet appeared in the FCC database.
