WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA PUBLIC RADIO, INC. is selling W258CR/BRYSON CITY, NC to BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $45,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WGAC-A/AUGUSTA, GA; WGAC presently simulcasts on full-power WGAC-F/HARLEM-AUGUSTA, GA.
In other filings with the FCC, COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. is transferring K263AT/CRETE, NE to sister company BOTT BROADCASTING COMPANY for no consideration; the transaction brings the translator under common ownership with the entity that owns its primary station, Religion KCCV-A/OVERLAND PARK, KS-KANSAS CITY, MO.
VINCENT KLEPAC is assuming 100% control of BAYSHORE MEDIA, LLC, licensee of WSUX-F/SNOW HILL, MD, with his SEAFORD MEDIA, LLC taking the 25% shares each owned by his ex-wife and son to add to his existing 50%, turning his control from de facto to de jure.

In a closing yet to appear in the FCC database, ACCESS.1 COMMUNICATIONS has closed on the sale of South Asian WWRL-A/NEW YORK to Dr. NIMISHA SHUKLA’s NJ BROADCASTING, LLC for $7 million. MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's GEORGE REED and TOM MCKINLEY served as brokers for the seller.
In a deal yet to be filed at the FCC, EL DORADO BROADCASTERS LLC is selling Silent KSLY, the former SUNNY COUNTRY and SLO COUNTRY, in SAN LUIS OBISPO to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for an undisclosed price. KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
