The previously undisclosed price for RED ROCK RADIO CORP.'s sale of Sports WXCE-A (RED ZONE SPORTS RADIO)/AMERY, WI; Adult Hits WLMX (MIX 105)/BALSAM LAKE, WI; Sports WHSM-A (RED ZONE SPORTS RADIO) and Country WHSM-F (MUSKIE 101)/HAYWARD, WI; and Sports WXCX (RED ZONE SPORTS RADIO)/SIREN, WI to ZOE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is $750,000.  The price was not disclosed in the announcement of the deal YESTERDAY.

In other filings with the FCC, MARANATHA MINISTRIES/JOY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling W258CF/RIO GRANDE, NJ to PAMAL's 6 JOHNSON ROAD LICENSES, INC. for $47,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Classic Country WGHQ-A/KINGSTON, NY.

ROGER WRIGHT d/b/a PROSPECT COMMUNICATIONS is selling W273CU/LAWRENCEBURG, TN to PROGRESSIVE MEDIA, INC. for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Religion WIFA-A (FAITH 1240 AM)/KNOXVILLE, TN.

COVENANT NETWORK is selling W227CR/CHARLESTON, IL to JOHNSON BROADCAST PROPERTIES, INC. for $38,500.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Urban AC WDAO-A/DAYTON, OH.

FAMILY FIRST is assigning W290CY/HARLAN, KY and W295CD/BARBOURVILLE, KY to BIBLE CLARITY for no consideration.   The acquirer, like the transferor owned by LINDA DE ROMANETT, plans to move the translators rebroadcast Religion WBAJ-A/BLYTHEWOOD, SC and News-Talk WTCG-A/MOUNT HOLLY-CHARLOTTE, NC.

And GOOD GUYS BROADCASTING, INC. has suspended operations and applied for Silent STAs for WUSP-A and W238CA/UTICA, NY while it evaluates sale possibilities over the next six months.
