In other filings with the FCC, FOCUS RADIO, INC. is selling its 51% of PARTNERSHIP RADIO, LLC, licensee of Urban AC WUBU (MIX 106)/SOUTH BEND, IN, to 49% owner JOHN F. DILLE III for $446,500 ($150,000 at closing, $186,500 in a promissory note).

ALEXANDRA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is also selling K262CJ/PENDLETON, OR to ANDREW SKOTDAL's CAAM PARTNERSHIP, LLC. for $35,000; The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Classic Country KKXA-A/SNOHOMISH, WA.

GOSPEL ECHO, INC. is selling K290AX/SWEET HOME, OR to SKOTDAL's  S-R BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $25,000; The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports KRKO-A (FOX SPORTS RADIO 1380)/EVERETT, WA.

WENDOLYNN TELLEZ is selling K252FL/PORT LAVACA, TX to LA PROMESA FOUNDATION for $45,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Religion KSHJ-A/HOUSTON.

GULF BREEZE RADIO LICENSE LLC is selling Classic Country WMYR-A (TWANG 106.7)/FORT MYERS, FL and W294AN/FORT MYERS BEACH, FL to STARBOARD MEDIA FOUNDATION, INC. for $546,733.82 in a promissory note plus an LMA before closing.   J&B FLORIDA RADIO STATION HOLDINGS, LLC is acquiring VEB BROADCASTING, LLC's 51% of the seller in exchange for cancelation of a promissory note and cooperation in selling the stations to STARBOARD.  STARBOARD is also acquiring Tropical WCNZ-A (ARDIENTE 1660) and AC WVOI-A/MARCO ISLAND, FL from ALMODOVAR MEDIA CORPORATION for assumption of a $356,266.18 promissory note plus an LMA before closing.

FLOOD COMMUNICATIONS, LLC. is selling K276FB/SCHUYLER, NE to SCRIPPS BROADCASTING HOLDINGS LLC for $38,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports KXSP-A (AM 590 ESPN RADIO)/OMAHA.

MEDIA EYE is selling K260CN/KLAMATH JUNCTION, OR to KORE BROADCASTING, LLC for $25,500.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Silent KORE-A/SPRINGFIELD-EUGENE, OR, which it is simultaneously buying from SUPPORT CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $1 for the license and $20,000 to LARRY KNIGHT for equipment and tangible property.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF AMERICAN UNIVERSITY is selling W228AB/PARAMOUNT, MD and W228AM/FREDERICK, MD to MANNING BROADCASTING, INC. for $100,000.  The translators have been rebroadcasting the BLUEGRASS COUNTRY format of WAMU-HD2/WASHINGTON, which has been put up for sale, and will switch primary stations to Classic Hits WWEG (106.9 THE EAGLE)/MYERSVILLE, MD under the new ownership.

CALHOUN SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH is selling W257DB/PLAINVILLE, GA to SAND MOUNTAIN ADVERTISING CO. INC for $25,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Southern Gospel WVSM-A/RAINSVILLE, AL.

LOTUS RADIO CORP. has closed on the sale of Triple A KTHX-F (100.1 THE X)/DAYTON-RENO, NV-K240CA/CRYSTAL BAY-BROCKWAY, NV from WILKS LICENSE COMPANY-RENO LLC for $1.2 million.  MICHAEL J. BERGNER of BERGNER & CO. served as exclusive broker for the transaction.

And CALVARY CHAPEL CHURCH, INC. has closed on the sale of W284CJ/VENICE, FL to Q-BROADCASTING CORPORATION, INC. for $26,350.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Spanish News-Talk WONQ-A (LA GRANDE 1030)/OVIEDO-ORLANDO, FL.
