Former Twin Cities Sports Talker Jeff Dubay Sentenced In Drug Case

Former MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL sports talk host JEFF DUBAY has been sentenced to 180 days in jail and 10 years probation FRIDAY (8/5) after being convicted of felony drug conviction. The MINNEAPOLIS STAR-TRIBUNE reports that DUBAY, who was previously convicted for cocaine possession in 2008 and flunked a diversion program, then was sent to a workhouse for 87 days for relapsing in 2010, was sentenced by WASHINGTON COUNTY District Judge SUSAN MILES and was given credit for 53 days of time served; he must also complete a treatment program and pay a $50 fine.
DUBAY, the longtime co-host with PAUL ALLEN of "P.A. AND DUBAY" on what is now iHEARTMEDIA Sports KFXN (KFAN, then KFAN-A), later briefly a host on crosstown HUBBARD Sports KSTP-A (1500 ESPN). and more recently host of a podcast, was arrested in APRIL 2015 for methamphetamine possession after being pulled over for driving 50 mph in a 35 mph zone in COTTAGE GROVE, MN.
