Former radio PD/consultant RANDY JAMES (real name: RANDY JAMES FITZSIMMONS) has been arrested in LINCOLN, NE for suspicion of robbery, terroristic threats and attempted robbery when he tried to rob a local US BANK on JULY 29th, the LINCOLN JOURNAL STAR reports.
The paper writes FITZSIMMONS, "left without taking anything, police say, but the note he passed a teller JULY 29th claimed there were gunmen inside and bombs that could be exploded remotely inside the bank at 1440 S. 70th St. Court documents say he instructed the teller to place money in the bag and to not call police.
