WRVM, INC. is selling Oldies WJMT-A (BLUEJAY 730)/MERRILL, WI to SUNRISE BROADCASTING LLC for $75,000 plus an LMA before closing.  WRVM closed last week on the purchase of WJMT (then Classic Country as PATRIOT COUNTRY 730) and Classic Rock WMZK (Z104) from QUICKSILVER BROADCASTING LLC for a combined $260,000.

In other filings with the FCC, JUBILATION MINISTRIES, INC, licensee of Religion WSTM (91.3FM THE MESSAGE)/KIEL, WI; Adult Standards WJUB-A (1420AM THE BREEZE)/PLYMOUTH, WI;  and W277BR/SHEBOYGAN, WI, is merging with EVANGEL MINISTRIES, INC., licensee of Religion WEMI/ (THE FAMILY)APPLETON, WI; Religion WEMY (THE FAMILY)/GREEN BAY, WI; Religion WGNV (THE FAMILY)/MILLADORE, WI; W269AZ/FOND DU LAC, WI; W231AS/ANTIGO, WI; W238BC/MANITOWOC.
