The price by which GOOD KARMA BROADCASTING is selling Spanish Sports daytimer WRRD-A (ESPN DEPORTES MILWAUKEE)/WAUKESHA-MILWAUKEE, WI to syndicated "THE DEVILS ADVOCATES RADIO SHOW" co-host MICHAEL CRUTE's NEW WRRD, LLC is $760,000, according to the contract filed with the FCC.  The price was undisclosed when the sale was announced; CRUTE has taken the station to a Progressive Talk format under a time brokerage agreement as of FEBRUARY 1st.

In other filings with the FCC, voting control of LEVINE/SCHWAB PARTNERSHIP, permittee of KWIF-A/CULVER CITY-LOS ANGELES, CA, has flipped between partners, with WILLIAM J. SCHWAB, II going from 46% to 54% ownership and HOWARD S. LEVINE going from 54% to 46% under an oral agreement with no consideration disclosed.
