No new station sales showed up in the FCC database MONDAY morning, save one that transferred a low power FM in FARGO-MOORHEAD from one entity to another for a dollar.
In that deal, WOMENS CARE CLINIC INC. is transferring low power KRFF-LP/MOORHEAD, MN to RADIO FREE FARGO LLC for $1 consideration. The board members are the same for transferor and transferee.
In other filings, HISPANIC TARGET MEDIA, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KGWT/GEORGE WEST, TX while the antenna for KXAF/GEORGE WEST is installed on the same tower.
WTIS-AM INC. has requested a Silent STA for W266CW/ST. PETERSBURG, FL while it seeks a new tower.
IDAHO CONFERENCE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for K229AY/BAKER CITY, OR due to electrical system failure.
FRIENDS OF INDEPENDENT PUBLIC RADIO NORTHWEST has applied for a Silent STA for WXNW-LP/SEVEN OAKS, SC due to grounding issues at its site.
JAIME BONILLA's QUETZAL BILINGUAL COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of Spanish Religion KURS-A/SAN DIEGO to EL SEMBRADOR MINISTRIES for $900,000. The buyer has been programming the station under a time brokerage agreement since 2014.
