PAUL BIBLE COLLEGE is selling noncommercial News-Talk KJZA/DRAKE, AZ; KJZK/KINGMAN, AZ; KJZP/PRESCOTT, AZ; and K217EP/FLAGSTAFF, AZ to VIC MICHAELS' CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. for $400,000.  A booster, KJZK-FM1, will be turned in to the Commission and is not included in the sale.
